There are two sessions in each day (10 per week):

• Morning session 8:15am till 12:30pm

• Afternoon session 1:30pm until 5:45pm.

For children staying all day (i.e. both sessions) the lunch time session is included in the daily fee.

Children attending only the morning or afternoon session can arrange to stay for lunch at the rate below.

Discounts

For a full week (10 sessions) then a discount is applied. 

At Happy Days we offer half sessions for new starters while they are settling in, up to a maximum of eight weeks.  These sessions are charged at half rate.  You can switch to full sessions at any time during this period, once you feel your child is ready.

Payment

• Fees are payable two weeks in advance.

• Holidays and sickness must be paid for in full.

• Bank Holidays must be paid for in full.

• Two weeks written notice MUST be given for any child leaving the nursery.

• If notice cannot be given, the two weeks must be paid for in full.

Attendance

• If your child becomes unwell at any time during the day, we will contact you to collect them.

• The nursery can refuse admission or send home any child if it is considered that such action is in the best interests of the child or other children in the group, e.g. in cases of infectious illness.

• Please notify the Nursery before 10am if your child will not be attending that day.

• A minimum of two sessions per week must be taken.
